New sensation of the Eglinton tournament scene, Paulin Bringi moved to the top of the League standings by winning last night's €3000 Guaranteed Freezeout.

This was Paulin's third big cash in the last couple of weeks, he mixes total fearlessness with phenomenal card hitting skills. Two tables out he doubled up with A6 against Austin Morris's QQ. Later he was up against Josie O'Neill's 22 with JT on a JJ72 board, Ten on rthe river of course. Next was Amanda who, off the big blind found herself with T4 looking at a J44 board, all in snapped off by Paulin's Q4.

Next came Raceweek Main Event winner, Adrian Leahy, Paulin all-in on a 9 high board with 98 called by Adrian's QQ, 9 on the river. Mark Spellman never had a chance all-in with 77 against Paulin's A2; JJTTA and Mark finished third in a two horse race.

Finally the Longlad found himself with J9 looking at a QJQQ8 board. In it went and, of course, he was shown a Queen.

Watch out for Paulin in next week's €5000 Guaranteed, he's the early favourite on form.
